We’re excited to announce a significant expansion of our Canadian operations, reflecting our commitment to supporting the growth of our customers and staying at the forefront of the plastic packaging industry. This ambitious project, which began in Spring of 2023, has transformed our existing space, and set the stage for future growth.
EXPANSION HIGHLIGHTS:
- 30,000 Sq. Ft. of New Manufacturing Space: We’ve converted a substantial portion of our warehousing into manufacturing space, allowing us to enhance our production capabilities.
- 11 New Manufacturing Lines: The newly created space has the potential to accommodate up to 11 additional manufacturing lines, providing us with the flexibility to scale our operations in response to increasing customer demands.
- State-of-the-art Equipment: As part of this expansion, we’ve installed five new all-electric Engel E-Cap Packaging Injection Molding Machines equipped with In-Mold Labeling (IML) and post molding assembly units from Lorik Tool. Two additional Engel E-Cap machines with IML and post molding assembly units are slated for installation in Q4-2024.
- New Warehousing and Employee Facilities: An adjacent building has added 65,000 square feet of warehouse space, bringing our total facility footprint to approximately 200,000 sq. ft. We’ve also invested in new employee breakrooms and locker facilities, ensuring a comfortable and productive environment for our growing team.
- Future Proofing Our Operations: This latest expansion is not just about meeting today’s demands; it’s about preparing for the future. With more than 30 Injection Molding and Injection-Stretch Blow Molding machines projected to be in operation by the end of 2024, we are ready to support our customers’ ambitious growth plans.
