Aurora Material Solutions, Streetsboro, Ohio, announces the appointment of Chuck Nichols as regional sales manager. In this role, Nichols will be responsible for the sale of flexible PVC, other non-halogen PVCs, and flexible compounds (CPE, TPE, TPO) primarily to industrial users as well as to producers and suppliers to the wire and cable market.

Prior to joining Aurora, Nichols worked as a senior account manager for Formerra. Prior to that, he worked for Geon Performance Solutions as key account manager for the building and construction market segment. He has also worked for Avient (formerly PolyOne Distribution) and Arkema Inc., and has extensive experience in thermoplastic resin sales, strategic account management, and business development
Nichols holds bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Lacrosse in Lacrosse, Wis. He will report directly to Keith Dunlap, sr. vice president of sales, Aurora Plastics.
