Wittmann Battenfeld Inc., a Vienna, Austria-based manufacturer of plastic processors, has announced the retirement of Tom Betts, a longtime employee and well-known industry veteran.
Most recently an IMM regional sales manager for Wittmann Battenfeld in Michigan, Betts worked in a variety of capacities within the Battenfeld and more recently Wittmann Battenfeld organization during his more than 30 years. He worked for over 40 years in the plastics industry and is currently a senior member of the SPE. “We have been lucky to have Tom on our team for many years, and we wish him all the best in his well-deserved retirement,” said David Preusse, president of Wittmann Battenfeld Inc.
