Falcon Plastics, Brookings, South Dakota, a leading provider of custom plastic molding solutions, is proud to announce the acquisition of full ownership of Poly-Cast, a partnership facility in Suzhou, China. Falcon Plastics, which has co-owned Poly-Cast with Viking Plastics, has purchased all of Viking’s shares, making Falcon Plastics the sole owner of the facility.
This acquisition strengthens Falcon Plastics’ global footprint by providing enhanced molding services in the Asian market. The Poly-Cast facility will allow Falcon Plastics to better support U.S.-based customers with operations in Asia, providing local, high-quality molding solutions to meet their needs; delivering the same level of expertise and quality they’ve come to expect from Falcon Plastics.
