RJG, Traverse City, Michigan, announced the winners of its 2023 RJG Mold Smart Award, which celebrates injection molding companies that have fully committed to improving the quality of their products, lives and the world by implementing a variety of RJG solutions. RJG is presenting one award in each of its global locations in North America, Latin America and Asia.
RJG is pleased to announce the North America winner of the second annual RJG Mold Smart Award™: Molex, Lisle, Illinois, a global electronics leader and connectivity innovator.
Molex began working with RJG almost 25 years ago when they began implementing scientific molding methods. They utilize RJG to continually train cross-functional personnel to drive operational improvements. Molex also uses RJG’s technology to evolve its operations – it is a critical component in their data systems, providing Molex with the ability to identify issues and react extremely quickly should anything abnormal occur.

The other two winners of the Mold Smart Award are Technimark GmbH in Europe and Ensambles Hyson in Latin America.
Technimark GmbH was selected in Europe for its successful utilization of RJG´s training and integration into its ongoing processes and procedures. Technimark continually is seeking to address and improve its plastic injection molded parts and places high importance on quality and efficiency.
Ensambles Hyson was selected in Latin America for its commitment to improving its team’s injection molding knowledge and skill. The company utilized RJG’s training to bring its staff to the next level of molding and standardize its process.
