PCS Company, Fraser, Michigan, a provider of solutions and innovative products for the plastics injection molding, mold making and die casting industries, has announced two personnel appointments: Kelly Beauchamp has been promoted to product manager, while Ken Berger has been appointed to application engineer.
Beauchamp, a seven-year veteran at PCS working in inside sales and customer service management, now will be in the product marketing department as a product manager. She will work with all PCS products, primarily on new product launches and will manage training programs for internal personnel and external customers. Beauchamp has a wealth of experience in products for the injection molding and mold making industries.
As an application engineer for PCS Company, Berger will work with product managers, and both outside and inside sales representatives to help bring new products to market. He also will visit customers directly to diagnose and solve complex molding applications, and conduct product demonstrations and instructional webinars. Berger will be responsible for training inside and outside sales personnel to understand PCS product lines which in turn will assist them in making product recommendations to customers. Berger was previously president of Molders Choice, which was acquired by PCS Company in 2021.
