Evolve Additive Solutions (EAS), Minnetonka, Minnesota, a global leader in the manufacturing of capital equipment and 3D printed production AM parts, announced the appointment of Jeff Hanson as the vice president of sales and marketing. In his role, Hanson will lead the go-to-market team comprised of sales, marketing, applications engineering, business development and product management.
Hanson’s experience in 3D printing and additive manufacturing technology spans 30+ years. As one of the initial employees of Stratasys, Hanson began working in early product development, obtaining three patents on Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM).
Hanson co-founded RedEye on Demand, an industry-leading additive manufacturing parts provider business. Additionally, he innovated and lead the management of Global Manufacturing Network, a cloud-connected manufacturing solution with global strategic partners in international markets. Most recently, Hanson founded Digital 3D Manufacturing, LLC, which provides consultative services on the adoption of additive manufacturing solutions to the global manufacturing market.
