SUBMITTED

Jeff Mengel, partner, CPA, will retire in May from Plante Moran’s Chicago, Illinois, branch.

Jeff Mengel, partner, CPA, has reported that in May he will retire from Plante Moran’s Chicago, Illinois, branch after nearly 40 years.

He has worked across different sectors, and much of the benchmarking that he does for clients is formed by his work on the North American Plastics Industry Study, which looks at performance metrics of successful and struggling plastics industry companies.

Mengel currently works in plastics and the food and beverage processing/packaging industries, while also assisting private equity professionals with strategies and transactions.
