Venture Plastics, Inc., with processing facilities in Newton Falls, Ohio, and El Paso, Texas, has promoted Alan Schultice to the position of director of commercial sales.

Before his promotion, Schultice had been the company’s sales account manager for 10 years. Prior to joining Venture, Schultice had 20 years of experience in the plastics industry as a general manager and production supervisor for several plastic molding and tooling operations in Ohio and Florida.
