MPE Partners (MPE) has acquired Plastic Components, Inc. (PCI) of Germantown, Wisconsin. The transaction was facilitated by Stout Risius Ross, Inc. (Stout), a Chicago, Illinois-based advisory firm specializing in investment banking.

PCI, founded in 1989 by Tom Duffey, is a technology-driven manufacturer of highly engineered and high-precision injection molded components. The company supplies parts and components to blue-chip customers across the plumbing, small engine, automotive, filtration, consumer products, controls and other end markets.

Stout served as exclusive financial advisor to PCI in connection with this transaction. Michael Benson, a managing director of Stout, led the execution of the transaction. Michael Molling, Eric Ng and Ellen Rogers assisted on the deal.
