JSW America, New York, New York, a global supplier of all-electric injection molding machines, will present LIVE demos showing how the use of JSW technologies can help molders achieve greater sustainability in their operation during NPE2024: The Plastics Show in Orlando, FL, May 6-10. Featuring the JADS series of all-electrics, demos will be presented throughout NPE at JSW’s booth #W1561.
“We’re very excited about our demos at this year’s NPE,” said Dale Bartholomew, National Technical Manager, JSW America. “Each one will show how our JADS series of all-electric injection molding machines can help customers increase energy efficiency, reduce material waste and maximize productivity, ultimately enabling them to positively impact sustainability.”
In addition to featuring the JADS series of all-electrics, demos at NPE will also showcase the latest innovations for maximizing productivity available from JSW’s industry partners. They include:
Large Part Molding Cell – In this demo, JSW will use the J650ADS, a 650-ton all-electric injection molding machine with a compact footprint, to mold desk partitions. The energy-efficient machine is also ideal for molding large parts for the automotive and appliance industries.
Canon Shuttle Mold System Cell – See the only LIVE demo at NPE of the Canon Shuttle Mold System, an innovative technology running two molds in one efficient cycle on a single 350-ton J350ADS machine to make two different parts (a pair of etched shot glasses), maximizing productivity in minimal floor space.
High Speed Packaging Cell – Watch JSW use their 350-ton J350ADS Ultra-Spec all-electric packaging machine, seamlessly integrated with a Campetella high-speed robot, to accelerate production of packaging containers. The machine is also equipped with innovative iMFLUX processing software, which makes automatic adjustments to maintain part quality, weight and dimensions.
Medical Cell with iMFLUX Processing – JSW will show how an energy-efficient, 100-ton J100ADS medical grade machine integrated with iMFLUX processing software is ideal for molding medicine dosage cups and similar components in clean room applications.
In addition to the Canon Shuttle Mold System and iMFLUX processing software, JSW’s demos at NPE will feature innovative technologies from other industry partners, including Campetella Robotic Center, Frigel North America, Hot Runner Technology, Kosmek USA, Maguire Products, Matsui America, Sterling Plastics, Ultra-Poly Corporation and Yushin America.
