04/09/2025 by lindsey

Press release submitted on behalf of PCS Company.

With over 40 years of experience in the automotive and plastics industries, Michael Stemm has joined PCS Company as business development manager.

In this role, he works closely with the leadership and customer teams to drive innovation, strengthen client relationships and support the continued growth of PCS’ product and service offerings.

Prior to joining PCS, Stemm served as director of Consumer Vehicles Off-Road NAFTA at GRAMMER Americas, leading cross-functional teams across sales, engineering and operations to deliver seating solutions for the construction, agriculture, material handling and turf care sectors.

Stemm spent nearly 18 years with ABC Group (now ABC Technologies), most notably as senior director of the Global Air Induction business unit. During his tenure, he oversaw major product development programs and secured strategic supplier positions with leading OEMs. His earlier career included engineering roles with Plastech, Ford Motor Company, Huron Plastics Group and LDM Technologies.

Known for his transparent, hands-on leadership and commitment to collaboration, Stemm believes in building high-performing teams through clear expectations, integrity and a shared sense of purpose.

A graduate of Mott Community College in Flint, Michigan, Stemm was a founding member of the St. Clair County Academy for Plastics Manufacturing Technology and has contributed to several community initiatives, including the Boy Scouts of America. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking and spending time with his wife, family and pets.

“Michael brings extensive leadership and strategic growth experience,” said Angela Elsey, president of PCS Company. “We’re grateful to have Mike’s expertise driving our continued growth and innovation.”
