K 2016: Destination for Success
Plastics Business
K 2016, the trade fair for plastics and rubber, will take place Oct. 19-26 in Düsseldorf, Germany. This is where some 3,000 international exhibitors offer a complete overview of the market in 19 halls – from machinery and equipment to raw materials, auxiliaries, semi-finished products, technical parts and reinforced plastics. The ideas of industry buyers from all areas of processing and manufacturing – from automotive to packaging, medical and construction to IT and electronics – will turn into business at K 2016.
Special shows
The exhibits will be complemented by the special show “Plastics Shape the Future,” which highlights current developments and visions for the future. Topics include resource efficiency, lightweight construction, new materials and Industry 4.0.
At the “Science Campus,” institutions and universities will present their latest scientific findings in the field of plastics and rubber and help to strengthen the dialogue between research and industry.
