IQMS, a Paso Robles, California-based manufacturing ERP software and MES authority, has added two new language packs, Japanese and Portuguese, to its business management solution. Customers now can use the IQMS system in a total of 10 different languages, including English, Chinese (simplified), Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin, Portuguese and Spanish.

Japan boasts the world’s third largest economy, powered largely by manufacturing. The motor vehicle companies headquartered in Japan make up the country’s most successful contributors, as well as many of the world’s major electronics businesses. In Portugal, one-third of the country’s labor force is employed by the manufacturing industry. The textile and leather factories in particular have seen an insurgence of exports recently, due to the country’s high quality products and lower costs.

The Japanese and Portugal language packs are compatible with EnterpriseIQ 2014.2 and subsequent versions.
