Southwest Venture Plastics, LLC, a division of Venture Plastics, Inc., proudly celebrates the 20th anniversary of its El Paso, Texas facility, marking two decades of growth, innovation, and commitment to customers across North America and Mexico.

Southwest Venture Plastics, LLC reflects the spirit of the Southwest, grounded in the rugged desert landscape and vibrant cultural fabric of El Paso—a city that has long served as a cornerstone for manufacturing and cross-border commerce. Situated within the unique El Paso–Juárez border community, the region is defined by its rich diversity, where people of all backgrounds, cultures, and traditions come together to form a dynamic and unified workforce. Rooted in a community where wide-open skies meet resilient industry, the company embodies the hardworking ethos shaped by both environment and history.  The enduring resiliency of this border community is evident in its ability to adapt, collaborate, and thrive despite challenges. In this setting, Southwest Venture Plastics is more than a manufacturer—it is part of a community defined by cultural pride, diversity, perseverance, and a shared strength that drives innovation and growth.

Established in 2006, the El Paso location provides a critical nearshoring advantage, enables customers to reduce logistics costs, improve supply chain responsiveness, and helps efficiently manage cross-border production.

Since its opening, our facility has expanded to approximately 60,000 square feet and continues to benefit from ongoing capital investment in advanced equipment, automation, and infrastructure. Today, the plant operates 16 injection molding machines, with press capacities ranging from 55 tons to over 950 tons, supporting everything from small precision components to large structural parts.

Venture Plastics’ El Paso operation integrates advanced technologies including robotics (Cartesian and 6-axis), scientific molding systems with RJG monitoring, and closed-loop process controls. These capabilities ensure high-volume, repeatable production with tight tolerances and consistent best in class quality.

The facility offers services including injection molding, over molding, insert molding, structural foam, gas-assist molding, and value-added services such as assembly, welding, decorating, and plating. With exceptional engineering support—from design and mold flow analysis to prototyping and program management—the facility strengthens its position as a full-service manufacturing partner.

The plant serves a wide range of industries including automotive, consumer products, appliances, energy storage, telecommunications, medical, and solar.

The El Paso facility operates under an IATF 16949-certified quality system and utilizes advanced inspection and process monitoring technologies to ensure consistent performance.

Southwest Venture Plastics El Paso operation continues to support high growth sectors such as electrification, infrastructure, and renewable energy. The company remains committed to investing in additional automation, large tonnage capabilities, and workforce development to support future expansion.
