CoPilot® System Updates
These improvements focus on stability and clearer system feedback during operation.
What’s improved:
- More reliable reconnection behavior when CoPilot temporarily loses connection to The Hub
- Consistent availability of part lists after resets or network interruptions
- Correct handling of V→P assignments when using Heat and Cool features, eliminating false error messages
These updates help ensure smoother operation and more dependable process monitoring on the shop floor.
The Hub® Software Updates
This update improves data accuracy, reporting, and system synchronization, with added functionality for Hub Connect users.
What’s improved:
- More reliable cycle indexing and synchronization between CoPilot and The Hub
- Improved summary graphs, including accurate trend display, timestamps, and job exports
- Better alignment of cycle data and alarms when machines transition from downtime to production
- Language consistency improvements for French-language users
- General performance and stability enhancements across jobs, machines, and reports
New Hub Connect OPC UA features:
- Job End Time is now available through the OPC UA server
- Editable TCP ChunkSize to support compatibility with additional OPC clients
These enhancements provide clearer insights, more reliable reporting, and expanded integration capabilities.
