Bay Plastics Machinery has expanded routes for its strand pelletizer rotor sharpening and feedroll recovery services into Georgia and Tennessee, opening a new warehouse in the Atlanta suburbs to store components for customers.
Bay began its pickup-and-dropoff services in Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana, servicing customers directly from its Bay City headquarters. Bay sends two vans throughout the region to facilitate repair of customers’ rotors and upper feed rolls and deliver spare parts and other essential components.
In January, Bay opened a warehouse at 1640 Roswell St, Smyrna, Georgia, to expand its personalized service into the South. The facility will store not only customers’ components but also new spare parts for a variety of machines. Bay Plastics also provides rotor and feedroll service on all makes and models of pelletizers, making it easier if customers run a variety of machine brands.
“Our customers have really appreciated the speed and personal touch of our in-person pickup and delivery service since we launched it in 2025,” said Vice President of Sales Jim Forgash. “We’re always evaluating our service protocols to ensure we keep our customers up and running with the best components and our exceptionally experienced pelletizer repair team.”

General turnaround time for repairs is two to three weeks.
