PCS Company announces the promotion of Derrick Jones to vice president of sales and marketing and the hiring of Meaghin Hornsby as marketing manager.
Jones, who previously served as vice president of sales, joined PCS in 2021 after serving as
senior vice president of sales for TestEquity. With a bachelor’s of science from Texas A&M, Jones has more than 20 years’ experience in executive leadership in the technology and distribution sectors. In his new role, Jones will oversee a broader range of business development and sales functions.
“PCS is poised to capitalize on unique growth opportunities, and I am thrilled to take on additional responsibilities that will allow me to help drive our success and deliver more value to new and current PCS customers,” Jones said.
Among Jones’ previous roles are tenures as vice president of sales operations for Caris Life Sciences, vice president of North American sales for DME/Milacron and global commercial director for Fluke Corporation.
Meanwhile, Hornsby assumes her role as marketing manager at PCS after serving as marketing manager for Fori Automation.

Hornsby earned a bachelor’s of fine arts from Wayne State University and began her career with Traverse Magazine in Northern Michigan.
