PCS Company, a provider of injection molding and die casting solutions, has added the LASE ONE micro welder to its portfolio for complex assembly and repair in a wide range of applications, materials and configurations.
The LASE ONE micro welder is a spot plasma unit (0 to 300 joules) that echoes the capabilities and weld quality of a pulsed YAG laser with the benefits of an electric solution.
The programmable LASE ONE features:
- Independently adjustable welding power and weld time (weld time adjustable to the tenth of a millisecond with pulse duration of 0.1 to 10 ms).
- Ability to weld ferrous/non-ferrous/precious materials (gold, silver, etc.).
- No overheating or deformations.
- Ability for assembly and repair welds of very small to large parts.
Choose the LASE ONE welder on its own or as a complete kit including generator, microscope with clamping stand, torch, clamping ground, regulator and accessory kit.
