Molding solutions supplier PCS Company announces the hiring of a new product manager and a new marketing coordinator.
Patricia Ewald has joined the company as a product manager. In her role, she will be responsible for product planning and product life cycle management for the industrial solutions product offering. This includes introducing new products as well as identifying new market opportunities.
Prior to joining PCS, Ewald worked for DME Company, holding many roles including inside sales representative for New England; North American industrial supplies inside sales specialist; mold components and industrial supplies purchasing; and product manager for the Industrial Supply Division. She also managed several product launches and oversaw cost-saving resourcing initiatives. As a member of a Cohort for Change, she led a project to formalize product training.
As a member of several business resource groups, Ewald helped mentor industry newcomers and is dedicated to supporting women in the plastics industry. She joined SPE-Detroit, where she served on a Material Auction Committee and judged a Tri-County Area High School Future City Competition. She is a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and holds certificates in scientific cooling and Hubspot social media.
Before entering the plastics industry, Ewald was a wound-care specialist for Blue Cross Blue Shield. She is studying for a marketing degree at Macomb Community College and graduates in December.
Meanwhile, Nolan Kroha joins PCS as a marketing coordinator. Kroha graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2021 with a bachelor’s in communications. He quickly discovered a passion for marketing, leveraging his creativity and technical skills to produce engaging content for internal teams and external audiences. He develops graphics, photography and video content that elevates and strengthens the PCS brand. His initiative, dedication and embodiment of the PCS Company’s values – excellence, accountability and leadership – earned him recognition as Team Member of the Month in August 2025.
PCS has also promoted Michaelangelo Buckley from associate product manager to product manager. Buckley joined PCS in 2022 as a human resources specialist, where he quickly became a key contributor to the organization’s operations and culture. With more than a decade of HR experience, he brought a strong foundation in employee development, communication and cross-functional support. His mechanical aptitude, coupled with his operations-focused education from Oakland University, makes his new role a natural next step in his career at PCS.
