Press release submitted on behalf of Niigata.
Niigata Machinery Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Haitian International since March 1st, 2023) announced it will transition Sales and Service of Niigata Injection Molding Machines in the U.S. and Canada to Absolute Haitian Corporation based in Moncks Corner, South Carolina, and with offices in Worcester, Massachusetts and Parma, Ohio, effective March 1, 2025.
This strategic move enhances product diversity, strengthens customer support, and aligns with the construction of state-of-the-art facilities in Japan to unify operations and innovation.
Founded in 2022, Niigata Machinery Co., Ltd. acquired the injection molding business of Niigata Machine Techno Co., Ltd. in 2023. Backed by Haitian International’s strong capital support, Niigata aims to deliver exceptional Japanese craftsmanship to the global market.
Haitian International, listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and with manufacturing facilities throughout the world, is the world’s largest supplier of injection molding machinery, with a production capacity of 50,000 machines annually. Absolute Haitian has been Haitian’s sales and service agent in the USA and Canada since 2006 and has during that time sold approximately 4,500 Haitian IMMs into the market it serves.
The transition enables Absolute Haitian to expand its product offerings in the U.S. and Canada, incorporating the Niigata product line alongside Haitian and Zhafir machines. Customers will benefit from a unified supplier, gaining access to a broader range of horizontal machines and vertical machines and enhanced customer support infrastructure.
This change coincides with the construction of state-of-the-art Niigata facilities in Momoyama, Japan. These facilities will centralize research, product development, applications, engineering, manufacturing, and support to enhance innovation and efficiency. Standard Niigata products, both horizontal and vertical electrical injection molding machines, will be manufactured at this new facility in Niigata City.
“We are delighted to be working with the Niigata product line and its customers. Our team is committed to ensure a smooth transition through direct communication in the coming weeks,” said Glenn Frohring, President of Absolute Haitian Corporation.
