High-Temperature Mouldpro Push-On hoses from Plastixs operate up to 250 degrees F

Plastixs, a supplier of equipment solutions for injection molding and material handling, announces it is now carrying Mouldpro HiTemp EPDM Push-On Hoses for high-temperature water applications up to 250 degrees F.  These hoses work with push-on fittings, eliminating the need for hose clamps.

Mouldpro HiTemp EPDM Push-On Hoses avoid the cracking and hardening of traditional hoses that have a temperature rating for water of only 180 degrees F.  This allows the use of push-on hoses and fittings for higher temperature applications, allowing for faster mold set-ups and changeovers versus braided hose that is often used for this application. The hoses feature smooth antistatic EPDM Nitrosamine-free rubber compound and are reinforced with synthetic textile yarns. The cover is designed to prevent blistering and bubbling and resist abrasion, ozone, heat and weather.

These hoses are available with inner diameters of 3/8-inch, ½-inch and ¾-inch for working pressure of 400 PSI (28 BAR).

Compatibility with Mouldpro Quick Connect Safety Couplings ensures safe and trouble-free installation.

Purchase in rolls of 164 feet (50 meters).
