Absolute Haitian Announces New, Economic Versions of Servo-Hydraulic IMMs

02/05/2025 by lindsey

Press release submitted on behalf of Absolute Haitian.

Absolute Haitian, the exclusive distributor of Haitian and Zhafir injection molding machines in the U.S. and Canada, has annoAbsolute Haitian announces new, economic versions of servo-hydraulic IMMsunced the availability of new economic models of the servo-hydraulic Mars and servo-hydraulic two-platen Jupiter injection molding machines. The pricing for the MAIII/SE and JU/SE injection molding machines is 10 to 15 percent lower than the standard MA 5 and JU 5 models. The MAIII/SE models are available from 101 U.S. tons to 4,496 U.S. tons of clamp force. The JU/SE models are available from 506 U.S. tons to 4,496 U.S. tons of clamp force.

MAIII/SE and the JU/SE (short for Special Edition) are available as of February 4 with stock machines ready for quick delivery. (Currently the MAII/SE in-stock machines range from 101 to 427 U.S. tons and the JU/SE in-stock models range from 506 to 1,214 U.S. tons).

State-of-the-Art Servo-Hydraulics Maximize Energy Savings
The SE models feature the new fifth generation “high drive” servo motor technology to deliver the same energy-saving performance as the standard fifth generation MA 5 and JU 5 introduced at NPE 2024. This is how the SE models deliver the same energy-saving performance as the latest generation molding machines from Haitian. The high-pressure, low energy Haitian hydraulic pump outputs are slightly lower on the SE models.

Both the MAIII/SE and the JU/SE are equipped with proven KEBA control technology with slightly different operator interfaces. Both models are fully featured given the lower cost of the machine. Highlights include EU 67 robot interface, core pull, air circuits, process monitoring, among other features.

The new SE models are compliant with U.S. requirements and standards and are built on a global platform, enabling customers to standardize worldwide manufacturing facilities.

“For a proprietary molder making their own products or custom molder, the 15 percent cost savings of an MAIII/SE or JU/SE is an optimal solution to improve their bottom line and delivery profitability,” said Glenn Frohring, one of the owners of Absolute Haitian Corporation. “The SE models are reliable and although they come at a more affordable price point, still incorporate the sophisticated design approach of Haitian engineering. It is about molders selecting the right performance level for their needs – the same energy savings in particular – but at a lower cost.
