Total Molding Services, Inc. Embarks on New Journey as Moldgenix

Press release submitted on behalf of Moldgenix.

Total Molding Services, Inc., Quakertown, Pennsylvania, a contract manufacturer known for plastic injection molding, tooling, and assembly services, is proud to announce its rebranding as a result of new ownership from Haartz Family Holdings, LLC. TMS is now Moldgenix.

A blend of “mold” and “genix” – a reference to Latin roots meaning generation or origin – the name change implies the creation of molded products and is designed to better reflect the company’s innovative spirit and future-forward vision as it undergoes new ownership. Thomas Houdeshell, President of Moldgenix, stated, “We believe Moldgenix aligns perfectly with our continuous drive for excellence and our dedication to spearheading advancements in the industry.”

The transition to Moldgenix is supported by a substantial investment in three primary areas: processes, talent, and technology. The name change reinforces the company’s promise to deliver a “Total Project Solution” for its customers’ manufacturing needs and reflects its proactive approach to adapting and leading in an ever-changing market landscape. The company’s mission continues to focus on offering high-quality products and comprehensive solutions that exceed customer expectations and regulatory standards.

On behalf of everyone at the Haartz, I couldn’t be more excited to announce the launch of Moldgenix,” said company principal Eric Haartz. “We look forward to watching them prosper and thrive in the coming years.”
