Press release submitted on behalf of RJG.

Visit RJG in booth W3973 for training discounts and live demos of their new AI process control assistant, MAX, and attend free presentations in their hospitality suite, W304EF

RJG will be exhibiting at NPE 2024 in booth W3973 and offering free presentations in their hospitality suite, W304EF. Attendees who visit RJG’s booth will also be given a coupon code for 20% off any public or online training course if they register during the week of NPE. RJG training discounts are not often distributed, so this is a rare opportunity that attendees won’t want to miss. Here is an overview of what they will be showcasing and their schedule of events at the show.

The main focus in RJG’s booth will be centered around the innovative new feature for their CoPilot®process control system called MAX, the Process Advisor™. MAX utilizes AI technology powered by proven Master Molder®techniques to provide molders with real-time, expert guidance to optimize their injection molding processes.

Featuring an intuitive and easy-to-use interface, MAX offers guidance to molders by delivering step-by-step instructions for restoring a process to optimal performance. This empowers personnel on the floor, regardless of their experience, to handle process issues effectively, enabling them to make an immediate impact.

Attendees are able to demonstrate the power of MAX for themselves in RJG’s booth. Two of RJG’s experts will be presenting the CoPilot twice daily at 10:00AM and 2:00PM for the duration of the show in their booth, including showcasing MAX and how it can help molders bridge the skills gap and increase profitability.

In addition, attendees can also see the CoPilot and MAX live on a machine in Sodick’s booth (W3581), where an expert will be there waiting to answer questions. Sodick, Matrix Tool, and RJG are teaming up at NPE to showcase their state-of-the-art technology, including the V-LINE Two-Stage Plunger System, unique, high-precision micro molds, and MAX.
