For the second year in a row, PCS Company has been named a top Michigan workplace by the Detroit Free Press.
PCS joins 197 other Michigan businesses in the 2024 Michigan Top Workplaces list, which is broken down by number of employees. PCS is named in the small business category, with 149 or fewer employees.
The survey of workplace culture, in its 17th year, is conducted by Free Press research partner Energage. This year, 276 companies participated.

Among the ways PCS has recognized its employees’ work this year, the company held a summer BBQ recognizing two accident-free years, honored its top sales performers at NPE 2024 and again held its IDEAL values award competition for nominees who have shown significant influence on PCS business, customers, or fellow employees.
