Globeius Inc., a leading provider of machinery, equipment and technical support to the North and South American plastics industry, will bring extra splash to NPE 2024 by sharing its booth with partner and first-time exhibitor Mouldpro ApS of Ballerup, Denmark. Globeius is the exclusive distributor for Mouldpro in North America.
“Mouldpro is a very well-established supplier of products for plastic injection molding in the European marketplace but is new to the U.S. market,” Graeme Sands, General Manager of Globeius Inc. says. He adds that this will be Mouldpro’s first time participating at NPE2024 and they are looking to bring European quality to the U.S. at competitive pricing. Globeius warehouses and distributes Mouldpro products from its U.S. headquarters in Miami.
NPE Goers will find Globeius and Mouldpro in their 30-foot by 50-foot booth, number S14026, on level one in the South Hall of the Orange County Convention Center.
In addition to showing visitors a wide range of general products and supplies for injection molding, Globeius will put a spotlight on recently introduced Mouldpro products plus two that will make their debut at the show. These include:
- Roborex – Making its debut at NPE2024, Mouldpro’s new Roborex End-of-Arm Tooling (EOAT) will help streamline automation and increase productivity in the molding process.
- Flosense Thermal Management/Mold Monitoring System– Also making its North American debut is the Flosense Thermal Management/Mold Monitoring System. Flosense provides optimum control over mold cooling processes, reducing cycle times. It is both affordable and flexible, making it an indispensable tool for those who desire to reduce costs while improving processing control and quality. The system uses sensors to measure the differences in input and output temperatures (Delta T) and pressures (Delta P) as well as total flow rate through the system. It alerts technicians in real time about the stability of the process and any potential issues, such as waterline blockages or leaks, heater or cooler malfunctions, and so on.
