Grand Traverse Plastics, Traverse City, Michigan, a provider in custom injection molded plastics, announces Andrew Telgenhof has been promoted to Plant Manager.
A life-long resident of Northern Michigan, Andrew has been with GTP for twelve years, starting as an assembly worker and advancing through roles in quality, process engineering, and most recently, Assistant Plant Manager.
Andrew’s success is a testament to his commitment to training, adherence to processes, and readiness to tackle challenges. He takes pride in the values and culture at GTP, attributing his achievements to the supportive and growth-oriented environment. “I’m excited about the growth GTP is experiencing. The new clients and projects the company is taking on is remarkable,” shared Andrew. Looking forward, he added, “I want to keep learning and continue to do more.”
Andrew’s dedication and hard work are driven by his six-year-old son, inspiring him to lead by example. “Andrew is a great contributor to the GTP team,” said Bill Knable, GTP President. “He has never shied away from challenges, and we’re excited to see him continue to grow in this new role.”
A graduate of East Jordan High School, Andrew enjoys spending his downtime outdoors, taking his young son on hiking adventures. He is also a proud member of the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians (GTB).
