The rings provide efficient material handling and moving of molds and dies in any shop or molding facility.
CODIPRO hoist rings and eyebolts swivel are available with simple, double or triple articulation, giving users the ability to move molds and dies in all directions and positions as needed. If space in a facility is limited, CODIPRO’s swivel action design can make handling and moving of dies and molds easier and more efficient.
Available in male configurations and special thread options, CODIPRO hoist rings are made to last, even in the harshest environments. PCS offers five styles from the CODIPRO line:
CODIPRO Central Safety Shackle (CSS) is a screw-in ring designed for linear lifting and offers ample room for the shackle to pass through. Fifty-five ton working load limit (WLL) and safety factor four.
CODIPRO Double Swivel Ring (DSR) and the Double Swivel Shackle (DSS) are designed for easy rotations under load, ensuring perfect alignment with the sling. With swivel capabilities of 180 degree and a rotating range of 360 degree, it can be used for any lifting configuration (straight lift, with angle, tilting, rotating). DSR lifting rings are equipped with a protective crossbar and both styles are approved for all lifting configurations from 0-90 degree. Metric and inch sizes available in original and stainless steel materials.
CODIPRO Metric QLR (Quick Lift Ring) or Metric QL.DSR is a double swivel ring that allows particularly fast mounting. Save up to 80% versus conventional lifting rings by simply clicking the QL.DSR into place instead of screwing it in. Mechanical operation requires minimal maintenance. WLL range 0.25 tons to 2.5 tons. Safety factor five.
CODIPRO Swivel Eye Bolt (SEB) is a single swivel lifting ring that is equipped with a self-orientation system that always guides it perfectly in the sling direction. Designed to perform lifts, including load rotation, the SEB allows the hook to move parallel to the ring’s bearing surface when lifting at 90 degree. It can be used for any lifting configuration such as straight lift, angle, tilting and rotating. Available in inch and metric sizes, with metric also available in solid stainless steel.
