PCS Company, Fraser, Michigan, has introduced the CableXChecker®, which simplifies the process of testing hot runner cables and wires to diagnose issues. PCS’s portable CableXChecker® tests a 24-pin cable in less than one minute and is 100% accurate.
With a probe that is used to manually test cables when mold-end connectors are incompatible with those on the CableXChecker®, it is also the only tool for testing the ground on the cable.
The CableXChecker® features industry-standard controller connections and is powered by one 9-volt battery. The CableXChecker® comes in two models: The KTX10121 for testing 12 zone and the KT1285 for testing 5, 8 and 12 zones.
