Natech Plastics, Ronkonkoma, New York, has been named one of the 2022 Long Island Top Workplaces for the second year in a row. Long Island Press and Dan’s Papers recognized 51 Long Island companies and organizations as Top Workplaces for 2022. Natech received an honor in the small business category.
The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The survey asked employees about what they appreciate about their company and what they’d like to see improved. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution and connection.
