INCOE Corporation

Over 20 years ago, INCOE recognized part-to-part and within-part quality inconsistencies. Through research, made contact with Dr. John Beaumont, he scientifically explained these quality issues were caused by shear induced melt variations that not only created mold filling imbalances, but were the root cause of cavity-to-cavity product variations. INCOE and John Beaumont worked together using his patented solution to manage the plastic melt; correcting negative issues associated with non-homogenous melt delivery. It is then and still today that INCOE offers the Hot Runner exclusive solution, Opti-Flo®, to its customers.
