With over 8 years of combined experience in molding, customer & supplier development, Harshal is passionate about optimizing product designs, tool development, molding processes, and quality. He currently works with plastic, rubber, LSR, MIM, RTM, Gas-Assist molding companies, helping them eliminate complex molding challenges to reduce engineering time and cost.
