TriMech, Richmond, Virginia, announced that it has acquired InterPRO Additive Manufacturing Group. TriMech is a portfolio company of The Halifax Group, a Washington, D.C.-based private equity investor.
The acquisition allows TriMech to build on its professional custom 3D printing servies, which include providing high-performance prototypes, tooling and manufacturing aids, end-use parts and low-volume manufacturing runs.
