Venture Plastics is adding a 123 ton Nissei injection molding press with a Yushin robot in El Paso, Texas, to be shipped March 2021. The other Nissei press is a 197 ton with robotic automation delivered to the Newton Falls, Ohio, facility in February 2021. Both presses will be equipped with RJG eDARTS for process control.

This brings Venture Plastics to a total of 16 machines in El Paso, Texas, and 19 in Newton Falls, Ohio. Currently, Venture Plastics has injection molding capacity ranging from 55 tons to 1,440 tons.
