Tessy Plastics Corp., Skaneateles, New York, announced its pending acquisition of a campus with three facilities in Webster, New York. The campus is approximately one hour away from the other Tessy facilities in upstate New York.
The acquisition gains supplemental warehouse space and room for future growth. All three buildings add up to roughly 1.5 million square feet. Two of the three buildings are vacant, and the third will be vacant by 2022.
