Piovan S.p.A., Venice, Italy, and IPEG, Inc., have announced the signing of an agreement providing for the acquisition by Piovan of all outstanding shares of IPEG.
Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania-based IPEG is a US industrial group comprised of these four brands: Conair, Thermalcare, Pelletron and Republic Machine. The combined group will have a workforce of more than 1,800 employees and will operate 14 facilities worldwide. The new size will enable further growth, including investments in digitization 4.0.
