MachineMetrics, Boston, Massachusetts, has appointed Jon Cowan as its chief revenue officer (CRO).
As CRO, Cowan is responsible for driving the MachineMetrics’ growth to meet increasing customer demand for MachineMetrics’ proven solutions for manufacturers. Cowan joins MachineMetrics from PLEX Systems, which was acquired recently by Rockwell Automation, where he served as vice president of sales.
Cowan brings a track record of successful enterprise software sales management. His extensive experience leading and scaling sales organizations with the enterprise software and SaaS space, along with his domain expertise in manufacturing and IoT technology, makes Cowan a natural fit for MachineMetrics as the organization expands its market reach.
