Hillenbrand, Inc., Batesville, Indiana, has announced that Joe Raver, president and chief executive officer, plans to retire at the end of 2021. The Board of Directors has appointed Kimberly Ryan to succeed Raver as chief executive officer on Jan. 1, 2022, at which time she also will join the Hillenbrand board.
Effective immediately, Ryan will have responsibility for the company’s businesses, including Mold-Masters, Milacron Injection Molding & Extrusion, Coperion and Batesville.
