Stout served as exclusive financial advisor to Fiber-Line and Taglich in connection with this transaction.
Fiber-Line, headquartered in Hatfield, Pennsylvania, is a manufacturer of customized engineered fibers and composite materials serving the fiber optic cable, oil and gas, industrial and consumer industries, and operates five manufacturing operations in North America, Europe and Asia.
