Metro Mold & Design (MMD), Rogers, Minnesota, which leverages in-house mold design and build, injection molding and precision machining capabilities, has named Ben Lampron as vice president of its consumer and industrial business, where he will oversee day-to-day operations.
Lampron has more than 23 years of managerial, operational and sales experience. He served in numerous leadership roles at Honeywell International, based in Morris Plains, New Jersey. Most recently, Lampron served as general manager, Americas Region, at Honeywell Process Solutions. His previous roles with the company include director of operations, Smart Grid Solutions; district general manager, Building Solutions; and manager of service operations.
He earned a degree in chemical engineering from the University of Maine and a master’s in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
