Venture Plastics Inc., a full-service ISO 9001:2015 certified custom thermoplastics injection molder with processing facilities in Newton Falls, Ohio, and El Paso, Texas, recently increased its molding capacity for its markets. Venture Plastics Inc. installed a 1,440-ton Nissei injection molding machine and completed a 17,000-square-foot plant expansion in Newton Falls, Ohio.

“These are exciting times for Venture, since before this new 1,440-ton press, the largest had been 960 tons in our El Paso, Texas, facility and 720 tons in our Newton Falls, Ohio, facility. With this large tonnage investment, we feel it complements our already diverse portfolio and will assist in adding continued growth to our organization,” said Al Schultice, director of sales for Venture Plastics.

Venture’s capabilities with this large tonnage includes new project management, RJG scientific molding application, competitive resin sourcing, automation, an IATF 16949 quality system and more value-added services.

The capabilities of the Nissei 1,440-ton X-Pump® equipped FVX-III Series include excellent molding stability, quick response, long-sustained and high-pressure injection holding pressure, and an easy-to-use direct pressure-type clamping mechanism.
