Conair Makes Management Changes

Raymond Kelly, left, and Michael Wagner have been appointed to senior management positions with The Conair Group.

The Conair Group, Cranberry Township, PA, a supplier of auxiliary equipment for plastics processors, has appointed Raymond Kelly and Michael Wagner to senior management positions within the company.

Kelly, vice president, engineering, will be responsible for providing unified direction not only for Conair’s core engineering group, but also for downstream extrusion operations in Pinconning, MI, and, eventually, for the Company’s international businesses. He first worked for Conair as electrical/controls manager for seven years in the 1990s and rejoined the firm as conveying product manager in late 2012.

Wagner, who also worked in Conair product and project engineering positions in the late 1990s, returns to fill a newly created role that brings together aftermarket sales and service functions. He will be charged with strengthening existing relationships and developing new approaches to improving the experience of Conair equipment users.

In addition, Peter Armbruster has been promoted to National Sales Manager. He joined Conair in late 2011 and will be responsible for all sales regions and local independent sales agents in the US and Canada.
