Venture Plastics, Inc., a full-service, ISO 9001:2015 certified custom thermoplastics injection molder with processing facilities in Newton Falls, Ohio, and El Paso, Texas, announced the company has earned the new IATF 16949:2016 certification for automotive customers.

On Oct. 3, 2016, when the IATF 16949:2016 was published by the IATF to replace the ISO/TS 16949 certificate, the Venture Plastics team made a commitment to earn this additional certification as early as possible in 2017. Because the company has had critical automotive suppliers as customers for years, it had earned the ISO/TS 16949 certificate. Hence, meeting the new requirements for the IATF 16949:2016 was achievable by the team within a short time span.
