MPE Partners Acquire PCI
Plastics Business
MPE Partners (MPE) has acquired Plastic Components, Inc. (PCI) of Germantown, Wisconsin. The transaction was facilitated by Stout Risius Ross, Inc. (Stout), a Chicago, Illinois-based advisory firm specializing in investment banking.
PCI, founded in 1989 by Tom Duffey, is a technology-driven manufacturer of highly engineered and high-precision injection molded components. The company supplies parts and components to blue-chip customers across the plumbing, small engine, automotive, filtration, consumer products, controls and other end markets.
