Innovative Plastics expanded its manufacturing facility in Madison, Alabama, to include 14,000 sq. ft. of high bay manufacturing space and a 1,600-sq.-ft. employee break and training area.

Innovative’s new footprint now stands at over 40,000 sq. ft. of space for manufacturing custom plastic products. The new addition will allow it to increase production capacity by 35 percent, offering machine sizes ranging from 85 to 825 tons. The company anticipates increasing employment by 15 percent over the next 12 months. Currently, Innovative operates 20 injection molding machines and employees 60 people.
