July 1 marked the 25th anniversary of Stout Risius Ross (SRR), a Chicago, Illinois-based advisory firm specializing in investment banking, valuation advisory and dispute consulting.

The company was built on a culture of positive team attitude, accountability, commitment, entrepreneurialism and relationship focus. This approach extends beyond the firm, as employees volunteer time, talent and resources to positively affect the communities in which SRR does business. SRR’s first office (a living room) in 1991 had two employees. At the time, the firm focused exclusively on valuation projects. Today, there are 400 employees in 13 offices across the country and international affiliates in Asia, Europe and South America.
