Conair Rolls Out New Shredder Product Lines

Three new families of heavy-duty single-shaft shredders now round out the size-reduction products that Conair, Cranberry Township, PA, supplies for plastic scrap reclaim and recycling.

Available models – SHE; SHH and SHX; and SFH and SFX – include general-purpose and high-performance shredders for rigid plastics, purgings and similar materials, as well as standard-throughput and high-throughput shredders optimized for processing film and fibers (including carpet). An optional two-piece modular configuration, which allows feeding and cutting sections to be easily separated to allow wide-open access for cleaning and maintenance, is available on most models.
