ARI Takes Steps to Support Customers Through COVID-19 Pandemic

Absolute Robot (ARI), Worcester, Massachusetts, launched two initiatives to support productivity and profitability during the COVID-19 crisis.

ARI implemented a Buyer Protection Program. For injection molders who provide a purchase order, ARI is deferring payment and reserving in inventory their robot for 60 days. At 60 days, when the customer has a better idea of future needs, they may cancel the order without penalty or purchase the robot.

In the first week of April 2020, ARI began offering complimentary online tutoring for customers who own A/AW, BW or CW servo robots from ARI. The live online tutorials lasted for four hours per day and covered such topics as programming, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.
