The board of directors for Plastic Components, Inc. (PCI), Germantown, Wisconsin, selected J. Derrill Rice as president and chief executive officer after the company’s recent recapitalization by MPE Partners. PCI founder and former CEO, Tom Duffey, remains involved as an advisor to the board.

Rice will provide strategic leadership for PCI’s operations based in Germantown. The PCI leadership team will continue to focus on adding to the current manufacturing capacity and capabilities that support customers’ expanding needs for efficiently produced, high-volume and complex plastic parts through both organic and inorganic growth.
